Setting a vision

After a few months getting to understand the customers, product and business goals, I worked with my team to produce a UX vision document that would capture our goals over the next several years. The document would work to capture where we thought we shouldhead and act a cross-functional communication tool to align and get reactions from our cross-functional partners.
